Razer Seiren X issues

I have recently gotten a brand new Razer Seiren X

While using it i have encountered  a few problems

1st one being, crackling/static noise, i heard this can be fixed by mounting it on an mic mount arm

2nd one is, it is too quiet, and i have no idea how to solve this

people constantly say they hear me really poorly

 

If anyone knows how to fix this, would be greatly appreciated
