Please list some details, what are your system specks, is it a laptop or a desktop, prebuilt or did you build it yourself?

Either your bootable media is bad/corrupted or your machine has hardware issues.

With this much information about the machine and the issue, all I can tell you is either burn a new ISO or if possible try switching/removing ram sticks.

I tried to install via usb

And my specs is:

Desktop
HDD - 500gb
GPU - Nvidia geforce gt 610
RAM - 4gb, i dont kown is it ddr4, or ddr3
CPU - intel celeron 2.5 ghz
Power suply is 250w

And my PC is prebuilt, i have windows 10 before on same hdd, and i install windows 8 because, looks better, iam now i am so stupid with this what i do, and now i wanna to install win 10, and i doesnt work.

Maybe, i have to wait, to restart maybe that fix a problem, because, when BSOD, pop up, i turn off my pc.

I have other HDD and currently my main HDD with Window 7, and also, when i wanna to install windows 10 on that second HDD, and first i have to disconnect main HDD, then to connect second HDD.
