Network usage tool for windows 8

Anyone know a free program I can run on my Windows 8 machine in the background that keeps a note of how much traffic is going in/out? Would also be handy if the program could give me a breakdown of the traffic to show which programs/services are using the the most traffic.

 

I've hunted around and some programs i've come across either seem a bit dodgy or they're way over complicated for my needs.

 

I've recently received a big boost in download/upload speeds from my ISP so I've started hosting my own plex media server which I've got a few friends and myself connecting to remotely to stream tv shows/movies.

 

Any suggestions?
