This build is severe overkill for just gaming, especially the games you want to play. You don't need a 3090 at all. You don't even really need a 3080, but at least that would be an acceptable splurge. 16GB of RAM is more than enough. Just get one kit of 2x8GB. A 10700K would be much more appropriate as well.

hey,

if you aren't going to overclock then you can save a lot of money on mobo and cooling. 

Also i think amd based system will give you much better results, budget allowes. I assume you chose intel for its availability.
