ERR SSL PROTOL ERROR when searching certain webpage.

Hi, trying to help my dad get onto this website: www.milkandmore.co.uk

It comes up with this error (photo below)

I have tried everything: Disabling antivirus, updating the pc, different browsers: chrome, edge, firefox. Clearing cache, clearing cookies etc. Still no luck getting onto the website. Any help would be appreciated!

Check date/time are correct on the PC

Try using vpn to connect. Protonvpn has a free tiers.
