5700 xt frame drops

For the last couple of weeks i been getting  frame drop during  game play. . i had factory reset my computer. Unistalled the grapgic drives and reinstated them. checked for viruses and updated the chipset. plus checked to see it it was over heating both gpu and cpu(it wasn't ) it is no overclocked either. i use every day  after work(retail) to game and stream https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Hrpcsk
