Please Help Partition Trouble

Today I reinstalled windows on another drive in my pc but I accidentally deleted the original windows drive partition with lots of important documents. I have not written any new files to the drive, but it does have a new partition, now is there any way for me to recover my files?

iD make a image of that drive first.

 

Lots of tools like photorec rstudio and others can recover data from that image from before.

So C: is my new windows drive but the old one with my documents is empty,  cause I accidentally partitioned the drive. Hence the image of drive h is only 50Mb according to the windows image backup tool.
