PC Crashes when launching Apex Legends and Rust

In the past 2 months, I upgraded my motherboard and CPU to an ASROCK b550 phantom gaming 4 and a ryzen 5 5600X keeping my old GTX 1050ti. Once I upgraded the two parts I noticed that when I launched Apex Legends it would crash my computer and restart my system sometimes making me redownload the game when I got my computer back up and running. Today I realized that this same crashing happens when I try to spawn into a game of Rust. I have tried everything that I can and everything that an EA Support agent has recommended I try. If anyone would be able to help me I would greatly appreciate it.
