Old machine needs healing

So my dad gave me an old rig, he used it for gaming before sata was a thing. I’ve tried so much with this. Please help. I got a 250 watt psu from a used parts spot for free, he has no idea if it works though. I put the System in my case so it can definitely have a reliable on/off button. Please help

Is there a model number somewhere on the motherboard?

The Athlon XP 2600+ you have in there doesn't have an iGPU, though the motherboard may.

So it's an ASRock board, but ATA133 isn't a model number - it's telling you that it supports up to ATA133 (133 MB/s on IDE!).

Probobly should have included this before, but he wants to connect his solar panels to it as a server type thing

Your dad does realize that this system is a single-core single-thread system at ~1.9 GHz, right?
It's 32-bit only as well.

I have no idea if the psu works, but he custom built this about 10 years ago so I would assume he knows that.

He also had a pop out cup holder, but he doesn’t care if that gets working or not.

It's not a cup holder, it's an optical drive for reading CDs and DVDs.

I have that same model myself.
