Can someone help ne decide which graphics card to buy rn for my build?

Budget (including currency): 50k INR which is equal to 670 usd

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Almost all games. Mostly Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, Apex Legends. Recording and streaming also.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I wanna  play in 1440p with at least 60fps in single player games (on at least medium or high settings). 1440p 144+ fps in fps games.

I'm posting this pic which has the parts im gonna use in my build. 

 

I planned to buy a 3060ti when it was announced but as we all know, its not happening at least until next year. So i am thinking to get a used 1660ti or a new 1060 6gb (which would cost around 15-20k inr) for now and then buy a 3060ti next year. Should I do this or should i just buy a 3060 for 50k?
