For GPU I would see if you can get a RTX 3060 or 3060ti

The 3070 is at the very edge of your budget and tax will drive it up farther.

1) For motherboard I would go with b550 if they don’t cost significantly (over 30 euros) more than the b550 version
2) You chose an Ironwolf hard drive. These are generally much more expensive because they are used in servers and NASes and are rated to write thousands of terabytes of data. I would look for a more consumer-level drive like a seagate barracuda
3) You should get a 3060ti. It is the best value in the whole 30-series in my opinion

4)Since you are likely to get a 3060ti/3070, 600w is kind of low, I would try to go for 650-700. Will it work on 600w? Probably. Is it worth the hassle if it doesn’t work? No
5) You are correct, additional case fans are optional

you're overpaying for a bad motherboard and the pc won't work until you get a gpu, as ryzen 3600 doesn't have an integrated gpu.

yes, but it's not great. if it's too loud and annoys you, you can upgrade it later.

Can I instead of the BitFenix take the:

EVGA W1 700 700W power supply 80+ active PFC 120 mm fans

Is it good, that the BitFenix has more mm or does it just take a lot of unnecessary space?

Is water cooling worth it and what do you suggest for a cooler?

that is a very low quality power supply, I don't recommend it. the bitfenix unit is excellent.

for the 10400 it's not worth it.
