Windows boot issues

Hello!

I have just built a new system and am trying to install windows. I have a download of windows 10 64bit on usb and am trying to install it onto my pc. The problem is, that once the download finishes and it says to restart, the entire system restarts and it puts me into bios, however if I do anything, the screen goes gray. If I wait it puts me back in bios and if I do anything it goes gray again. The post code readout says b2 and then switches to 98.

First thing to do is check what those codes mean. So time to dig up your motherboards manual.
