would it be worth to upgrade from the asus rog strix B450-f gaming to the asus rog strix B450-f gaming II

The only reason that I would recommend a motherboard upgrade is if you are getting a new CPU that is not capable of working on the one you have. So no I don't think it would be worth upgrading.

Absolutely not. Motherboard upgrades aren't a thing, they don't increase performance. Only change motherboard when you upgrade to a cpu that's not supported by the current motherboard.
