Headphone Static / Cut Out

I started hearing static come out of my headset recently and I don't know what the issue is. I had the Arctis Pro 7 and begun hearing it and I thought it was because I had accidently dropped my headset on my tile, but now I got the Hyper X Cloud Flight S thinking that it was the headset, but now I am hearing the static again after just a few days of having them. I built this PC some time last year around November. I kept the same HDD and SDD and M.2 from my last pc and I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but the noise is getting unbearable so if you guys can help that would be appreciated.
