Problem with usb connectors

So yesterday my headset suddenly stopped working while just using my pc, it is connected to the front usb of my case (meshify C) the headset still works because when i plugged it into a motherboard usb port it worked again so can you help defining the issue also my corsair LL120 controller isnt recognized anymore in the software and went to the default colors. So cam you guys help me out?

Motherboard: b550 aorus pro v2

cpu: ryzen 5 5600x

gpu: inno3d rtx 3070

Just sounds like the front USB cable is a bit lose on the motherboard. Open the case and see if it sits correctly.

i did some windows updates and it worked again, strange also the cables werent loose
