the latter. Its better for you to update now so when it arrives, that GPU is only going to be as easy as plug and play.

So I my 3070 is coming soon and I have a 2060 super atm will I need to uninstall drivers for the 2060 super or just use geforce experience to update them?

Run before inserting the new card. Turn off PSU and insert new card.
