PC Shutting off

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I built my pc around august of last year and lately i have had issues with my pc shutting off randomly. When I play Ark Survival Evolved or Genshin Impact it just shuts off. I've run stress tests live cinebench for my CPU and nothing happened and Heaven Benchmark for my GPU and nothing happened. I'm beginning to think its my power supply or my motherboard, or it could be a software issue if your curious I have a core i3 9100 and a MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 and a Thermaltake Smart 500W 80+ PSU and a GIGABYTE B365M DS3H Motherboard.

Have you tried stress testing your other components?

AIDA64 gives you a 30 day trial, I'd stress out your other components as well.
