Windows 10 Working on insider build but not regular build

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am working on troubleshooting a PC. The computer is getting stuck on the boot screen loading circle where it freezes and does not do anything. After lots of troubleshooting swapping every component in the computer and getting nowhere I figured I would try to install the Insider Build of Windows 10 and well it worked perfectly with no issues. However when I try to install the regular build it does not work at all. Below are the PC Specs.

 

I5-9400

GTX 1650

16GB DDR4

MSI Gaming Edge Z390

What version of win10 are you trying to install? From Media Creation Tool?

I've had someone experience a similar issue.

What helped him was switching from a DK version to a US one.

Don't know if you have that option.
