Crouching in Rust

Whenever I walk forward in rust It makes me start crouching. I'm not holding cntrl and I'm not walking underneath stairs. I can walk backwards and sidewards without any problem just not forwards. Anyone had this happen to them, if yes what did you do about it?

Check to see if w is bound to crouch inside the launcher's controls tab as well as inside the in-game options menu.

Lol I got so confused. I thougt than when you IRL walked over rust you all of a sudden crouched
