Unless you need the added features of X570, which judging by your build, you don't seem to, it will be much better to get a B550 board and with the spare cash upgrade the memory to something that is 3600MHz instead. There are legitimate performance benefits from faster memory on Ryzen. That power supply is also not that good, quality wise. Recommend getting something with 80+ Gold certification.

I think that everything you have is good! Btw for windows, if you have a usb flash drive, use that and download windows on Intel's Website. If you don't just buy a 16GB flash drive, it just takes a long time to download the Window's Software.

Current Setup: PC

sure, any OEM key reseller online. like G2A, kinguin and sites like that. while the legality is still a grey area.

Or you go for the original old style way of buying a actual physical copy of windows on microsoft.com

I mean system memory (RAM). Ryzen has something called infinity fabric and it runs in a 1:1 ratio with the memory. The infinity fabric runs at 1800MHz. Therefore, the only way to let it run at its intended speed is to have RAM that is 3600MHz (RAM is DDR, meaning double data rate 1800MHz x2 = 3600MHz). If you get memory that is lower than 3600MHz, you will be essentially underclocking the infinity fabric and leaving performance on the table.
