So a few weeks ago I tried to stream a little bit on streamlabs, and the next thing you know I was getting checkerboard screen and my pc turned off. When I tried to power it back on, it started to spark. I was hoping to see if I could replace some capacitors if need be, or if the whole thing is dead.

Thanks

RMA your PSU and GPU. The damage is already done at the die level from how you describe it.
