No post on first build, HELP

So my first pc build and i have no post. i have the bare minimum hook up and still no luck

What I have hooked up right now

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600 (with the included fan)

Motherboard: B450-A Pro Max

Ram: OLOy 8gb DDR4 3000 MHz

GPU: Nvidia quadro 4500 (no integrated graphics)

Power supply: ARESGAME Power Supply 500W

 

So when I power on all the fans kick on and the EZ De-bug light for the cpu kicks on then turns off after a few seconds. I have gone through and checked and unplugged and replugged all the wires, checked hundreds of times that everything is seated right. I have ruled out my motherboard as faulty due, as just exchanged for the same  it because I thought it was the issue but nothing changed. It's not the monitor as I use it for my Xbox and laptop before it died. And the Cable is brand new, bought when I bought the computer. The gpu was bought renewed from Amazon, the VGA light will sometimes turn on after the cpu light but not frequently (only started when I went to record the video). I'm going to ask a friend who has a built computer to test it. Anything else that I should be worried abou I've attached a video and photos it turning on

Generally a no post with no beeps means CPU, motherboard or power supply issues Just because the CPU looks fine doesn't mean it's good

Ok, that was what I was worried about. I will have the CPU tested with my GPU. Thanks for your help.
