Green light

Yes it was, and it was yellow green. Does this mean that I have a boot problem?

If it's staying on, then yes. Most of the time if it gets stuck on boot (light stays on for a minute+), unplug it and turn it on again, and it should work (80% of the time that fixes it).

If the light just comes on while it's booting up then goes away when the monitor turns on, that's what it's supposed to do

So I was doing a windows update, and while it was restarting, I noticed a green light pop up on my motherboard, which is a ROG b460-h. I was just wondering what that was.

It's the Debug LEDs. there should be for of them, red, green, blue (I think) and while (I think). Each one represents a different component that it is checking to make sure works correctly before booting up. You only need to worry about it if one of them is solid, flashing, or alternating between two of them. It should say in the manual what color means what, it's been a while since I've dealt with an ASUS ROG board so I don't remember the color code off hand.

If you were doing a Windows update, there's a chance that it accessed the boot device for a second, which turned the light on.

If it doesn't stay on you're fine.
