My case fans

So I've made my first pc and I had to connect the 2 case fans (case: corsair 200r) to my motherboard since my psu (cm 550w v series) didn't come with any adaptors. So I wanted to know if the case fans that are connected to the mobo are running at full steam or do i have to manually do it if so, how do I? Mobo is 970a-d3p

some motherboards allow you to control the fans speed in the bios the only other way to control their speed is with a fan controller adapter

Depends what kind of header your fans are plugged into? Some are full steam ahead, others are automatically controlled based on temperatures the board detects.

I plugged one into power fan and the other into system fan

I'm kinda noob how do i tap into the bios.

I'm kinda noob how do i tap into the bios. 

its pretty easy but changes from mobo to mobo

when your starting up theres a image from the motherboard makes group eg if you have gigabyte usually a gigabyte logo will pop up when this happens press f12 or whatever the prompt command key is

but before you do anything in the bios read the manual
