Ram timing overclocking

I have been trying to overclock my memory timings for better latency. I have calculated the timings with the tool called  DRAM Calculator. I have calculated the results and have wrote everything to bios but stuck at the timings called tRFC on the tool it says   ''tRFC and tRFC (alt)'' but on bios they are labeled as tRFC1/2/4, tRFC1, tRFC2, and tRFC4. Which ones on bios are ''tRFC and tRFC (alt)?

You only need to change TRFC 1.

From the calculator, that is just an alternative timing you may try and use.

Nope. Only need to change TRFC1 in bios.

Okay  sı I need to set TRFC1 to 240 and the default is 526

Correct. Or any number you want to try in between. Could do 400 and test stability. Incrementally tighten it up and test.
