How should I Flip the Fans in my PC?

It's my First system, and I'm very happy with the result!

Dust Filtration on the bottom of the Case.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 3600

Zotac GTX 1660 SUPER AMP!

MSI MAG coreliquid 240R

MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk

Hyperx Fury RGB 16GB 3200mhz

Sharkoon Pure Steel RGB

Some reused be quiet! Psu (New one in the way)
