PC sudden shutdowns

Hello there 
Anyone knowing about assembled PC build please hear me out 
I'm facing severe shutdown issues since couple of days while gaming or sometimes even on startup. 
List of things I tried:- 
1.) Updating Drivers and windows,cleanup scan
2.) Increasing power voltage
3.) BIOS settings on default (no overclocked) 
4.) Applying new thermal paste. 
p.s:- I also tried cleaning cpu components (first time since 3years) 
My PC specs:- CPU:- AMD Ryzen 5 3500(6 cores upto 4.1ghz 19MB cache AM4 socket. 
M.B:- Asus Prime H310M-E LGA 1151 DDR4 
GPU:- Gigabyte Geforce Gtx 960 Ti 4gb OC GDDR5 128Bit
PSU:- Corsair VS450 watt 
RAM:- (8x1)gb GDDR4 3200mhz (G.skills) 
OS:- Windows 10 Pro 64Bit

Can someone help me please?

Have you checked all the cables are puggled in all the way? If yes try try testing it outside your case and check if the problem persists

I did try that but still the same issue?
