Multiple Games Crashing

Hi all,

 

I have had an intermittent crashing issue with my PC for a while now. While playing a number of games, the screen will turn grey but I continue to have audio. After 30 seconds or so I can return to desktop but not return to the game and have to manually stop it in task manager. I also notice an audio device disconnects and reconnects at the same time, as discord asks me if I want to switch to a new audio source, this is similar to an issue I had in the past where my monitor would temporarily disconnect. I have tried basic troubleshooting including; using a different display port cable, different audio, resetting and updating bios, removing overclocks, fresh windows install. I have finally been annoyed one too many times by this so I am resolved to fix it.
