Problem with refresh rate

Hi all 馃檪, so my problem with my refresh rate comes from my windows updates. Recently my windows updated 20H2 version. Randomly restart or turning on my PC, my refresh rate goes to 60hz from 155hz, i tried clean install my Display Drivers, also tried reinstalling my monitor's drivers聽 (my monitor is DELL S2719DGF Free Sync ). The only solution that i found was to disconnect my Display Port cable from my GPU( MSI RTX 2070 Super) and put in back in and it returns to 155hz.

A couple of months ago i had the same problem, back then i reinstalled my windows and stopped my windows updates, but today i got a massage that the windows updates are installed and i just have to restart PC. And with that the updates are installed, problems started again.
