AMD Store "Unsubmitted Order"

I'd try calling them and seeing if they'll just transfer you or can answer your question....

Used the online tool to lookup an order that I placed, but it also was buggy as heck and crashed at the end.  Did get a CC confirmation of the order, but no order confirmation email.

I'm guessing this was stuck in the ether and there is no way to actually get a card with this?  Or will I get a GPU?
