Budget (including currency): less than 500 dollars!

Country: Greece

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Can't tell but they're a little old like 2,3 years

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

that gpu is really something, haven heard of it for a long time now.

Used to be so bad, that I threw a box of those into trash, but are ok if you want just use it for office 😄

Drop the cheap cooler, it’s worse than the intel stock cooler, and go for the 10400 instead of the 10400f since it has integrated graphics (you can drop the gt710) SSD is almost an  absolute must, 240gig ssds can be found for as low as $30.

Get an SSD like Adata SU650, or BX500 at 240 GB. 

Attention is what makes life meaningful.

btw since the cpu does have integrated graphics you dont need the gt 710
