Hi guys. My question is which gpu is better for my cpu?

Cpu: q9550 4c/4t 2.83ghz

Gpus that he have: gtx 660, gtx 750 ti and r9 270x 2gb.

Having bottlenecks is not a reason to get a less powerful component, always get the most powerful one. In your case, R9 270X.
