Budget (including currency): 1500$ cad not including gpu

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: escape from tarkov, cod, battlefield 1-5

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

i already have a 850 wat power supply and am willing to wait until the gpu shortages stop 

i also have a Sapphire nitro+ Radeon RX 580 and 8 gigs of ram 

i want 144-165 hertz and any resolution
