AVG Remover destroyed computer

Guys I am panicking and I need help fast. What happened now is that I uninstalled AVG using AVG remover. Restarted my PC, and now my backgrounds missing, all the programs on the desktops missing, the toolbar is now gone and I have no visible way to go anywhere. I was originally trying to uninstall AVG so I could get some space. But I really need help fast.

Ctrl+R > explorer.exe

 

Just restore from a backup that you should have made. If not, boot into safe mode to see if anything malicious is going on make sure AVG is completely gone and if all else fails reinstall Windows.
