Bluetooth and Cable mic audio to low

So I just finished building my pc and I noticed that my mic volume is to low. I tried going on the sound properties of my mic and boost everything but it was still to low.

I wen´t to the Asus drivers page for my motherboard ( B550-F) and downloaded the audio drivers. It did manage to make the mic a little bit higher but it´s still to low when I am chatting in a game.

I also tried using the mic from my galaxy buds but audio is low as well.

What should I do now?

Windows 10 is terrible for this.  It's better when plugged in but the Bluetooth support is spotty with all the models out there.  

My nice Sony xb bt headphones work perfectly on my phone but the mic is stunted on my pc.  Tried everything with those headphones but no luck.  Plugging in my dollar store headset worked just fine.
