I have just thought of this and don't know if it has been discussed before, but i just saw LTT's old "FINALLY Upgrading my 4 year old Gaming Rig!" where he talked about errotion, corrotion and microbial growth. I am also a lot into cars so then my thought was that vehicle coolant has additives in it that should stop all that and keep the metals clean. My question is, has anyone tried it or even looked in to it? And does the premix water you can buy have those additives in it already?

The additives in PC watercooling liquids are more tune to those components but you can use G12+ or G13 radiator fluid. But you will have to dilute quite a bit to use it in a pc. Keep in mind that the best coolant you can use is distilled water. The more radiator coolant you add the less efficient the mix will be at transferring heat. I have used G12+ Readymix (Mopar) in 1:4 distilled water before for a couple of weeks. I have no long term experience with it though.

Read the msds sheets and you will see that many pre-mixed are nothing more than repackaged automotive coolant.
