If you have any suggestions or ideas on how I could fit a decent PC in this budget pls reply

My advice is don't go with NZXT cases its really bad -talking from my experience -go with something with better airflow like Corsair 4000D airflow its within the price and buy a cooler for CPU like the Cooler Master hyper 212 v2 its like 30£ or less that's it.
