Blender freezes my Desktop

Hi Guys

I just installed the newest Version Blender (2.92.0) and very time I open Blender one of the following things happens:

1.I can use Blender for a few minutes and the it freezes my whole Desktop.

2.Ican use Blender for a few minutes and it is not responding but if i kill the Task via TaskManager it freezes my whole Desktop.

 

Is anyone able to help me out?

@LuisTheOneCould it be that the latest blender version has issues in it?. Or have you used the latest version of blender without issues before? Sorry i have just had similar issues with other things.
