What lens to use

Hello so I need some help improving my video quality for videos

Right now

I have a nikon d3100

What would be the best lens for recording youtube videos indoor good lighting ext

I'm an amatuer with film making so any help is good

The kit lens will do just fine at start.

i think it would be more wise to get an led panel, better lighting with make the work on the camera and in editing a lot easier.

i have 2 large umbrella lights

If you have good lighting then the Kit should be fine. It you want those Blurred backgrounds and better low light performance get a 50mm 1.8 aperture lens.

yeah going to do that it will work well in conjunction with my 40mm macro lens
