Rocket League Reboots my PC after every game

Hello everyone,

I've been having a really really annoying issue lately where RL reboots my whole PC everytime I play the game, I can play a ranked game or two and then poof it reboots without any error message.
Here's what I've done so far :
- Reseated the RAM
- Reseated and clean uninstalled GPU with DDU then reinstalled everything
- Cleared the game cache
- Reinstalled the game on same drive AND on different drive
- Verified integrity of game files on Steam
- Cancelled any static build-up in the PC by pressing the power button while everything un-plugged.

- Used DISM and SFC to no effect

- Clean Uninstalled any third party software (Corsair iCUE, Bakkesmod (a mod for rocket league))

 

I contacted support but after two weeks of back and forth they were of no help whatsoever.

I've done all my update except for one AMD Graphics update in Windows Update which locks the software making it unusable. (I did the update before and it didn't help my problem either )

 

I'm starting to think that they're is a problem with my PSU but my 650W 80+ Bronze Seasonic PSU should easily do the trick for a R3 3100 + 5500XT, and other games have no issue (Apex Legends --> more demanding) other than one crash after sleep in Portal 1.
