Raspberry pi 4 drivers

I have a hp 24ec monitor that requires drivers for a display to show up. I want to know if it’s possible to install those drivers on the raspberry pi.

HDMI is a standard and does not require any drivers. No consumer display out there required "drivers" in order to display images.

With my original pc I had to download drivers. I’m not sure why it requires drivers but it won’t display anything without them

GPU drivers are not display drivers. Make sure you arent confusing that with this, because this is not a thing.

Ok, how can I install the drivers for the gpu then. If possible.

If you install Raspberry Pi OS it is done by the OS itself

Have you tried another input in the same monitor? Made sure the cable works? You already flashed the sd card into the raspberry with the OS right?

The monitor only has one input and it works, the cable works, the sd card is flashed

I’ve tried the tv, but I want it to run on that monitor in my room
