Front Panel Connector

What do you mean other side? Depending on your case the connectors come directly from the power/reset button and LEDs, or from a smaller board that then goes to the power/reset button and LEDs. There is usually only one end with a connector with the other side being soldered, what exactly do you have connected? If it is possible a picture would be helpful.
