I have a cx550m power supply and I'm getting a msi gaming trio 3070 and its gonna be paired with the asrock steel legend b450m with ryzen 5 3600x will the psu be enough?

I wouldn't be comfortable with a 550W and a 3070...

Just dumped it into part picker. I mean using their estimated wattage (dumped some random cooler master cpu cooler and memory) and the estimated wattage seems to be under, but I would really really really suggest going higher with these new graphics cards.

Yeh it's more about the spikes than the general usage even under load at 550W I wouldn't be surprised to see BSOD's or restarts due to spikes tripping the PSU.
