when playing minecraft my Gpu is Slowing way down

are far as I know it is only Minecraft and yes the performance in abnormal this start this week 
and HWiNFO says the same speeds

that minecraft is more cpu than gpu bounded, maybe it's too simple to run for your 2060, try setting that fps slider to the maxa
