Hello

I have Windows on MacPro1,1.

There is a lot of problems and missing stuff, DPInst.exe is missing,I cant install OBS, OBS Streamlabs, discord and teamspeak.

I cant Start Minecraft or WII Games on Dolphin emulator.

I cant update Windows or Install Windows.

If i would boot it on my acer it would blue Screen.

I have no Idea why this happend.

The reason why BSOD happens is simply drivers. While Win10 is better than earlier versions, the jump from what seems to be very specific configuration from 2006 to something which is probably much newer is still big.

Idk if the fact that your hardware is from Apple and so old has something to do. If this really is MacPro1,1 from 2006.

So its Win7? That might work bit better, all things considered. I did already forgot what the possible issues here were, but I think two-CPU system on anything else than Win7 Pro/Ultimate might have been one thing. Also, Win7 doesn't like hardware changed and will BSOD if you try to switch mobo.
