Other details: Want to run Cs:Go, fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft above 70 fps. Don't know what to get for the graphics card. Would this PC be better than the one attached in the image:

well put it this way that 1650 in the picture is worth 170$ if that. I would hold off on a gpu and get a placeholder card if you build this.

I would also recommend a better PSU (500watts or higher from a reputable company.

Power supply should be atleast 550w, and you can drop the  extra thermal paste. Consider getting a CPU with integrated graphics and waiting for GPU prices to fall
