Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: After effects, Ableton gaming

Other details I have a 7700k and 2080 16 GB ram. I'm looking to do an upgrade on CPU and re case into a Dan a4 

 

What court do you think will be best I'm currently looking at:

 

Amd R7 5800x

 

Intel i9-10900kf

 

Intel i9-11900f

 

Don't know what I should do because I would like more cores but I think 8 cores 16 threads is enough

Of course the 5800X. It is still the best value 8-core CPU you can get, especially with a good cooling solution and the room it has for OC.

Well with Intel's boards it's all controlled by Intels chipset don't really get driver or miss Mach issues. Amd Third party chips all controling different parts of the board might be plagued with working then not working issues just for random bits.

Like usb drop out or somthing dumb like that

The only time i've seen what you call USB drop out, was when a guy had the power saving option turned on in Windows on his USB host controller. Blaming the chipset for USB errors is like blaming the GPU for crappy picture over the 30m long cheap Chinese HDMI cable.
