3090 low FPS

Intel 10900k

Asus Maximus Hero z590 (latest bios)

32gb Gskill 3600mhz, cl16

Asus Strix 3090 (latest drivers)

Sabrent rocket gen 4 M.2 drives

2560x1440p resolution

Full system water cooled, I average about 40c on gpu while gaming, low to mid 50's on cpu.

 

I mainly play warzone and I just got this 3090 a week ago. I can not get good fps for the life of me. I average mid to low 100's with ray tracing off. It seems most others are at least 100fps higher then I am. I've tried all the various settings in the game, in the driver menu on desktop. Nothing is making any significant changes. I literally can not figure out why I can't get any decent frames for the GPU I have. All other games I play like PUBG, BF4 all stayed under 200fps as well so I feel like all the games are being held back for the components I have. I have no idea what else to try. Can anyone help???

The only things I can think of is make sure you have latest video drivers, and that your RAM is in dual channel running at XMP. Apart from that, check clock frequencies during gaming?

have you checked any of the system usages to determine the what components are being overused?

I just did 2 games and CPU usage was like 40/50%. GPU spiked to 99% and then dropped to 80's. I held a rock solid GPU temp of 37c, 1980mhz. Everything in my system is stock except im using the xmp2 profile.
