need help on parts

i need some help trying to find the right parts for my girlfriends brother first build hes 15 so does not have to much money, we have the case and PSU 500w i want to build it around the Core i5 3570K, already having the PSU and case i will get him a hard drive and maybe ram all i need is the motherboard and video card, i want it to stay around 300 to 400 at most thanks for the help.

Get a cheap socket 1155 motherboard which will fit in the case you have, get the 3570K if it isn't to expensice.

Is the things you already have included in the 300-400 budget? is it in dollars? If it is included then what did it cost?

Get some cheap ram, max 8GB probably. And for the video card (assuming thaf a 15y old bot plays games) some type of AMD for probably the same price as the processor, perhaps a little cheaper if needed.

Sorry I should have said he will be playing games' also the 300-400 is what he has to spend now the case will fit a ATX board, we don't know what card to get or motherboard.

If that's the case you could grab an MSI Z77a-g41 or g43 or g45 and a 7870?

We really need to know if the processor is included in the $300-400 budget. If only the motherboard and graphics card is in the budget and you are giving him every thing else then i would agree with the previous post!
