Most AV Software can be disabled while gaming either by setting some kind of option in the settings or by right clicking the icon in the taskbar. If the AV starts up while gaming, consider your system or the game in question may be infected. Could also be some kind of third party software or mod you have running that causes that. If it happens with other games as well it is some AV setting that is causing the issue. If not, check the game and make sure to only have it running and no other tools and mods while doing so. Usually you can also add certain games and programs to a list so they won't get scanned.

 I don't want to delete it Because i still want an antivirus but only to open when i want it to 

(i did check in startup and Shell:startup)

And it starts randomly at random times

Use Windows Defender, which is enabled by default. It's better than most antivirus offerings.
